We offer a callout service and charge depending on distance from base, our callout charge includes all mileage and travel time inclusive of the fisrt hour on site. If you prefer you can bring your machine to our workshops, we can then repair, charging an hourly rate and charging for parts fitted/required. We Also have online shops both EKM & eBay see links on this page for you to purchase parts to carry out your own repairs.

We stock parts for, Ladypack, Minipack, EKH, Extend, SBW, Minipack, Dibipack, Italdibipack, Quickpack as well as general consumables sealing blades ad wires, PTFE/Glass tapes and cloth, Silicone gel, cleaning brushes and many other parts.
