I bought this Xfade Voice Processor LVP-110 from eBay, I was unable to track down a new one ! this unit works with reasonable quality, its FX's are basic and what you would expect from kids toy's. The voice changing works but its fiddly to get right without distortion and feedback, in my opinion its adequate as a cheap solution if you are looking for a basic voice change function - Big John Gives This Unit 6 out of 10

Where do I start with the GLi FX-10 ? I bought this from a company online called limitedgoods.com it was the first one I bought after a long search on the web, when it arrived I was like a kid with a new toy till I plugged it in and tried it :-( distortion, crackling, feedback, poor FX which are terrible basically very poor and un useable, I would be laughed off stage if I tried to use this. I contacted the supplier and was told to fill out a return form online, I did this and never got a reply, I contacted them again and they said I had not filled out the form ? I have a reply from them stating I would get a return number in a couple of days, I never got this or any help from them :-( I thought it just must be a faulty one, I bought another from the same company and when that arrived it was exactly the same. I tried on several amps, mixers with various mic's same results each time. Not useable at all. Worth noting as well limitedgoods.com sent this blue unit instead of the Yellow one shown on their website which has different FX, I was not consulted or asked if I would accept this other version of the FX-10

I then contacted glipro.com for their help on this, slow initial replies to my emails in which I expressed my concerns, eventually they told me to return the faulty unit to them and they would sort it, I did this and then emailed them to let them know, I then got an email stating they would not replace/sort it unless I sent cash for its return postage !! ok I agreed to this and to date they have totally ignored me, I have bought 2 of these, paid shipping, duty, tax etc and then paid to return a unit to them, I now have one faulty unit and am being ignored by glipro.com this is annoying as I have paid up front for 2 units, 1 of which I now don't have and I have nothing for my money, they simply do not work, I would not recomend you waste your money on one of these, I may be just unlucky by way of getting 2 faulty units but with the lack of any customer service I can only assume they are not capable of doing what they claim. Big John Gives This Unit 0 out of 10 !!! I welcome glipro.com to resolve this fiasco and prove the goods do the job ? I will update here if its eventually resolved.

American Mix 6 Channel Mixer with Voice Changer, basic voice changing up and down, does the job and the unit at under £100 is ok for the money. Graphic Equlaizer is not all that but its a backup unit to my Kam mixer and Behringer's - Big John Gives This Unit 7 out of 10

Boss Voice Transformer VT-1 - Well this unit had been converted for phone use but I have carefully removed this mod and put it back as it was intended, This unit to date is the Daddy of the voice transformers, feedback if you get it wrong can be harsh but if you follow the instructions all is fine. I love this unit and it does exactly what it says on the box. If you want a quality unit and don't mind paying for it, this is the unit for you. Big John Gives This Unit 10 out of 10

I Have a Behringer DJX700 DJ Mixer on order which has voice changer function, I will review and report here its performance and give it a Big John Rating
